Payment and Shipping

1. Scope and Overview

• This page explains the process and regulations regarding ordering, payment, shipping, delivery, and receiving and inspection.

• Currently, products are made to order and shipped directly from our factory in Taiwan to Japan, and it takes approximately 30 business days from the time of order to delivery (this may vary depending on customs clearance, weather, and logistics conditions).

2. Ordering process

• 1) Select a product on the official website → 2) Enter information and complete payment → 3) Confirm your order (confirmation email sent) → 4) Factory scheduling and production → 5) International shipping → 6) Domestic shipping in Japan → 7) Receiving and inspection

• You can cancel your order within 3 days of confirmation. Cancellations will not be accepted after that date. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or exchanged, so please check the size, material, color, and installation space in advance.

3. Payment Method and Timing

Currently, only bank transfers are accepted.

Your order will be officially confirmed once we have confirmed your payment.

If payment cannot be confirmed, your order will be automatically canceled.

For this service, whether you are an individual customer (to C) or a corporation/business partner (to B), please transfer funds to the Taiwanese account below.

*All payments, whether from individuals or corporations, must be made to the above account.

In the future, we will be accepting credit cards (Visa / Master / JCB), PayPal, Amazon Pay, etc.

We are planning to introduce an online payment method. We will provide separate information when this is implemented.

4. Shipping and Delivery Methods

• Shipping location: After collection at the Taiwan factory, the product will be shipped internationally to Japan and then delivered domestically by courier.

• Delivery time: Approximately 30 business days from order to delivery (delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or busy seasons).

• Specifying delivery date and time: Due to international logistics, we cannot guarantee delivery date and time within Japan.

• Assembly and installation: Currently, delivery to the front door is the norm. In the future, we will consider establishing a warehouse in Japan and partnering with specialized installation and delivery services such as Art Setting Delivery and Sagawa Express to provide installation services for a fee.

5. Delivery Areas and Shipping Fees

• Automatic calculation: Shipping costs are automatically displayed on the payment screen based on product size, weight, and delivery area.

• Shipping restrictions: Delivery is available to Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu. Additional charges apply to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands. Shipping to overseas destinations (outside of Japan) is currently not available.

• Single Address: Only one shipping address per order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

6. Packaging and receiving inspection

• Reinforced packaging: Products are securely packed using thick cardboard and cushioning material to prevent damage during transport.

• Receiving inspection: Please open and check the product as soon as it arrives. If there is any damage, missing items, or incorrect delivery, please contact customer support within 7 days with clear photos and your order information.

7. Changes, non-receipt, and redelivery

• Address change: As a general rule, changes cannot be made after shipment. If possible, forwarding and redelivery fees may apply.

• Delivery failure: If the package is returned due to incomplete information, absence, refusal to receive, etc., the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. Additional costs may be incurred for re-delivery.

8. Future localization plans

• In response to the increase in orders, we are considering setting up a warehouse in Japan, increasing the number of local staff, and opening a showroom, in order to shorten lead times and strengthen after-sales service.

9. Payment and Shipping FAQ

Q1: Why does it take 30 business days?
A: Because this is made to order and shipped internationally, it will take approximately 30 business days, including customs clearance and transportation.

Q2: Can I specify the delivery date and time?
A: We cannot guarantee this at this time due to international shipping. We will consider introducing it after we set up a warehouse in Japan.

Q3: Can I change the size or color after placing an order?
A: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed. If necessary, please cancel it within 3 days and place a new order.

Q4: Can I use PayPal or Amazon Pay?
A: Currently, we only accept credit cards. We are considering introducing this.

Q5: Can you deliver and set up large furniture inside the room?
A: At the moment, delivery to your door is the only option. Once we have established a warehouse in Japan and partnered with a specialized delivery company, we plan to offer this as an additional fee.
