These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Use") set out the terms of use for the official online store "Bedroom Lab" operated by Bangshin Bedroom Lab (hereinafter referred to as "our company") and the various services provided through said site (hereinafter referred to as "the Services").

Anyone who wishes to use this service must agree to all of these terms of use and register as a member in the manner specified by our company. By using this service, members are deemed to have agreed to these terms of use and any guidelines and precautions separately specified by our company.

Article 1 (Definition)

• "Our Company": Bangshin Bedroom Lab

• "This Site": The official online store operated by our company.

• "This Service": All services including product viewing and ordering, payment, delivery, after-sales service, membership functions, etc.

• "Applicant": A person who wishes to register as a member

• "Member": A person who has been approved by the Company to register.

• "User": Members and service users in general

• "Products": beds, mattresses, bedding, pet furniture and other products for sale

• "Order": A purchase request made by a member

• "Sales Contract": the contract for the order and supply of goods.

• "Registration Information": Information provided by the Member for the purpose of providing the Service.

• "Authentication information": Authentication information such as ID and password

• "Anti-social forces": organized crime groups, associate members, related companies, corporate racketeers, terrorists, etc.

Article 2 (The Service and Our Role)

• The sales contract is concluded between the member and our company.

• Payment providers and delivery companies are not parties to the contract

• We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure such as customs clearance, weather, system failures, etc. (excluding intentional or gross negligence)

Article 3 (Establishment of Procedures)

• Membership registration, orders, cancellations, reviews, contacts, and other procedures are completed when they are reflected on our server.

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

• Registration must be applied for in person.

• If approved by our company, your membership registration will be completed.

• Registration may be refused if:

• History of violations of the terms of service

• Undelivered mail and parcels

• History of defaults

• Risk of interfering with other members' use

• If you are a minor and do not have parental consent.

• If you are a member of or have a relationship with anti-social forces

• Any other case that is deemed inappropriate

Article 5 (Product Orders, Completion, and Cancellation)

• Orders are valid once payment is complete.

• The contract is concluded when the order details are reflected in our system.

• Cancellation is possible within 3 days after the order is confirmed, but not after that.

• Contents cannot be changed after confirmation (re-order after cancellation).

Article 6 (Payment)

• Payment method: Credit card (Visa/Master/JCB) or other methods specified by our company

• Fulfillment is completed upon approval by the payment processing company

• If fraudulent use or false declaration is suspected, the Company will take measures such as canceling orders and suspending membership.

Article 7 (Delivery and Delivery)

• Shipped from Taiwan factory, delivered within Japan

• Usually takes about 30 business days (may vary depending on customs clearance, weather, and busy season)

• Delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed.

• Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on size, weight and delivery area.

• Additional charges apply for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.

• In principle, delivery to the front door, indoor installation is not currently available (paid option may be introduced in the future)

• The member is responsible for any return shipping due to an incorrect address, absence, or refusal to receive the item.

Article 8 (Inspection, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds)

• If there is any damage, missing parts, or incorrect delivery within 7 days of arrival, you can apply for a return or exchange (at our expense).

• The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Personal reasons such as color difference, size mismatch, or difference from the image

• Used, damaged, missing accessories, missing original box

• Applications made after 7 days

• Wood grain, color differences, minor processing marks, errors within ±3%, and color differences due to the display environment are not considered defects.

• Refunds will generally be made via the original payment method.

Article 9 (Registration Information and Authentication Information)

• Members are responsible for managing their authentication information.

• Members are responsible for any damages caused by information leaks.

• Immediately report any changes to registration information or suspected fraudulent use

Article 10 (Personal information)

• Personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

• Responding to requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, and suspension of use

Article 11 (Intellectual Property Rights)

• The rights to the text, photos, videos, logos, programs, etc. on the site belong to our company or the rights holder.

• Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, modification, etc. is prohibited.

Article 12 (Prohibited acts and withdrawal from membership)

• Infringement of rights, violation of public order and morals, false registration, fraudulent use, etc. are prohibited.

• Violators will be subject to suspension, deletion, and expulsion.

• Members can cancel their membership by following the prescribed procedures.

Article 13 (Suspension of Service)

• System may be suspended due to system maintenance, natural disasters, power outages, communication failures, unauthorized access, legal compliance, etc.

• Advance notice is required in principle, except in emergencies

Article 14 (Changes and Termination of Services)

• Service content, functions, and fees can be changed, added, deleted, or discontinued.

• Important changes will be announced on the website

• We are not responsible for any damages

Article 15 (Disclaimer)

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or usefulness of the information.

• Limited to ordinary damages unless there is negligence on the part of the Company (excluding gross negligence)

Article 16 (Changes to Terms)

• Can be changed if:

• When it is in the general interest of members.

• If it is reasonable and does not conflict with the purpose of the contract.

• The changes and their effective dates will be posted on the website.

• Use after the effective date will be deemed as consent.

Article 17 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)

• Members cannot transfer or pledge their rights and obligations without our consent.

Article 18 (Non-waiver of rights)

• If we do not enforce our rights, it does not constitute a waiver.

Article 19 (Severability)

• Even if part of the terms is invalid, the rest remains valid.

Article 20 (Consultation/Jurisdictional Court)

• Problems are resolved through negotiations

• If the matter cannot be resolved through negotiation, the Tokyo District Court and Tokyo Summary Court will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 21 (Authenticity and Governing Law)

• The Japanese version is the authentic version and will be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law.

• In the event of a conflict between the translated version and the Japanese version, the Japanese version takes precedence.
